Return and Cancellation Policy

  1. We have a entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to reason like damaged parcel or product or wrongly sent product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit for the same. In case payment has been made by you online, then the value of the return products  will be credited to your account on the site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills. If order is processed and delivered the items won’t be taken back or replaced unless there is a reasonable manufacturing defect/issue. The member must inform Palasaraku of any replacements / returns within 3 days from the date of delivery of the order.
  2. Please note that cancellations have to be made within 4 hours after placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email to [email protected] and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Palasaraku has complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Palasaraku and accept Palasaraku decision regarding the cancellation.
  3. Refunds to member against any cancellations / alterations/ modifications in the orders made by the member after the initial order placement and for which payment has been processed online, will be credited to the member’s account. No cash refunds shall be made. The member can utilize such refunds against their future purchases.
