A. If Vellore City Limit, Our delivery staff will check the same in your presence at the time of delivery. If any item is found damaged, our delivery staff will issue you a credit for the same or provide a replacement in next 24 hrs. You can exercise any one of the two options at the time of receiving the goods. If it's outside Vellore City, the process will be guided over the phone call.
